Duties:
Oversee news, sales, marketing, engineering, programming, production and community affairs of a 61st market ABC affiliate TV station. Qualified candidate must be able to successfully create and execute a strategic plan for growing ratings, revenue and the image of WATE-TV. Oversee all sales and sales related marketing efforts to achieve maximum revenue for the station. Responsible for the execution of a brand marketing plan with a focus on news growth and community program development.

Reuirements:
Must be a strong leader with the ability to manage all aspects of the station and a news operation that produces 35 hours of local news programming per week. Candidate must provide aggressive leadership in achieving overall revenue goals including the execution of multiple sales projects and initiatives. This position requires competency in and knowledge of branding, marketing strategy, television production, external media, community affairs, promotion, research and administrative management. Must have exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
